Event Centre Accommodation
Description
Note that Event Centre Accommodation is limited by car parking spaces and is available on a strictly first-come-first served basis. One vehicle permit allowing access to the site will be issued per booking. There will not be space available if you just turn up without a booking.
The Event Centre accommodation is spread between two schools in Boston Spa. They are within a few minutes walk of each other. All social activities and catering are within the Event Centre.
Campers/Caravaners will have access to toilets and showers but note that there is no electrical hook-up.
Caravans will be accommodated within the main Event Centre grounds at Boston Spa School on hard-standing, therefore awnings cannot be pitched. An Elsan point is provided. All other accommodation is within the nearby St. John’s School.
Campervans will be parked on hard standing (slight slope so bring chocks), which does not allow for awnings or tents alongside.
Trailer-tents have a designated area on grass with space for parking alongside. Please email campsite@jk2006.org.uk to check availability of places.
Tents are on the school playing field with car parking close by.
Communal Floor Space (separate male/female halls) is available in the sports halls and in addition to the showers and toilets the accommodation fee includes access to basic kitchen facilities.
There are several restaurants and pubs and take-aways within walking distance in Boston Spa village. The small town of Wetherby is 10 minutes drive and Leeds centre is 30 minutes drive.

If you are staying for all three nights you can book and pay using the online entry system – you will need to do this at the same time as you enter the events. For fewer nights you need to download a booking form and return it by post together with your cheque.
